Shishka Mediterranean Grill and Hookah Bar is downtown Roanoke, VA's one and only hookah lounge. Owned by the same owner as Cedars Lebanese Restaurant, Shishka is located at 114 Campbell Avenue and serves a nice variety of authentic Lebanese wraps and appetizers to go with your hookah experience.
